Market madness!

Hello, hello? Anyone still there?  I’ve been off the air for a week preparing for the big Canberra Handmade Market. It was so much fun.  Thank you to all who dropped in to say hello. Seeing our regular customers laughing it up and meeting a whole bunch of new people is really a highlight of the weekend.

So now it’s over.  Except there is a mountain of boxes to be unpacked, sorted and stored. Plus the market destruction all over the house from midnight badge making and frenzied card packing. *sighs* Might have to have a cup of tea and a bit of toast first.

The next market is on 17 and 18 December. See you there?  : )

I decided there was not enough laughing in my life so I set to and started to design greeting cards in addition to my other design work. I'm happy to make people smile and to show that sending something really good takes as little effort as sending something pretty ordinary. I fully believe that if you can laugh about it someday you may as well laugh about it today. And also that we are just about as happy as we try to be. But you should know, Pollyanna I'm not. Even I might want to slap her after a day or so.
