This is our dogs looking at me suspiciously in case I turf them outside. I can feel them begging me with all their doggy will "Go away, leave me sleeping here, I am being so good".
Winter has come early to my southern part of Australia. Coldest May on record. Hooray. Minus 5 degrees Celsius last night. I can hear some of you in other much colder countries scoffing at a piddling minus 5… but I’m a girl who also has summers of up to 40 degrees celsius. For the record, I don’t enjoy that much either.
My car (which has to park outside because it is not worthy of the one garage spot) looks like an iceblock. The dogs sit pitifully at the back door begging to come in (again). Yes, I let them in, see pic, happy as clams as long as I don’t look like I am going to put them out again.
Before you think I am a complete weather-whinger let me say, I really love frost. When the sun hits it’s like a trillion sparkling diamonds. So very pretty. I would take a picture of the pretty, pretty frostiness but it is also… wait for it… FOGGY!
So in absence of any photo art from me, here is a pretty, pretty frost picture from the Flickr stream of Sarah Hall Photography. Keep warm people!

What sweet pups! Hope all stay warm. : )
They got themselves warm as toast then started mucking around so OUT they went. Now happily asleep in the sun which has finally peeked out. What a life! : )
awww – who could make those 2 go outside in the cold?
