Have you ever heard of tilt-shift photography? You know those ads on television where the scene looks like it’s made up of little toys but it’s not? It’s done using a special lens but you can also get the effect using Photoshop. I have lots of links to read up on about it… I’m behind the eight ball here so I can’t give you any technical bizzo… (like my technical terms?) but LOOK what it can do!
These images from artcylopedia use the artwork of Van Gogh obviously. Nothing has been added to the pics. The effect has just been utilised to the max by people who know what they’re doing.
