I take a lot of photos but somehow I don’t put many of them up on the wall. Recently however I discovered a photographer who’s work I really do want to put up on the wall.
Irene Suchocki is a Canadian photographer with a keen eye for beauty and good sense of design. She describes her work as “dreamy, atmospheric, poetic photographs of landscapes, seascapes, flowers, Paris, as well as vintage-inspired TTV and polaroid fine art prints. I hope you enjoy my little poems for the eyes.”
Well I do enjoy Irene’s little poems for my eyes, so much so that six of her little lovelies have winged their way to my place. Currently they are in the giant stack of fabulous posters and the like that I am waiting to get framed.
I really need some more wall space. The print at the top of this post is 1000 lanterns and this one is my favourite. And believe me, that’s saying something.
The prints shown here are but a tiny sample of Irene’s work and are available for US$30ea.
